Info about your order status will be displayed at your personal account page on or website. There you can see what your status us from every order you did on our website.
After an order has been finished and send by TNT Post you will also receive an e-mail with track & trace info and a link to see the actual status of where you’re package is right now.
Did you not receive this e-mail with track & trace link and info, then you're package has not been send yet. Please wait until you have received this e-mail. After you have received this e-mail, please wait a few hours with checking until the postal company has made a fist scan in there distribution centre. ( about 22.00 hours C.E.T.)
These are the several different status messages:
- Order received. = We have received your order in our system. We will do our best to manage your order and send it as soon as possible.
- Order shipped. = We have finished your order and this is now being packed and send for delivery the same day. Within 24 hours you will receive an e-mail with track & trace information and a link to the right website from TNT Post. There you can follow your packing to your front door.
- Order partially shipped. = We have send a part of your order. There will be an additional shipment for you.
- Order received / waiting for payment. = We have received your order and are now waiting on the transfer of the money. Please do not forget to mention the order number. After receipt of your payment we change your status in “order received /paid” and send your order.
- Order received/paid. = We have received the payment of your order ( payment option: transfer per bank in advance) and now we will take care of your order and send it.
- Order 3 days delayed. = We have 1 or more products form your order not in stock right now and we are waiting for it. Therefore the delivery has been delayed with approximately 3 days. If it takes longer we will contact you.
- Order 5 days delayed:. = We have 1 or more products form your order not in stock right now and we are waiting for it. Therefore the delivery has been delayed with approximately 5days. If it takes longer we will contact you.
- Order between 5 and 15 days delayed. = We have 1 or more products form your order not in stock right now and we are waiting for it. Therefore the delivery has been delayed with approximately 5 to maximum 15 days. If it takes longer we will contact you.
- Order rejected. = Your order has been rejected unfortunately. Please e-mail us for more information and the specific reason or solution. If you have already paid your order we will pay the amount back within 30 days.
