Ingenious device. Works with a secret code which can be turned on and off with your brake lever. The speed is fully adaptable. Its sold with succes since 1998! Tip, do never adapt your speed to precise 45 km. The cops wont believe it. Its better to adapt it to 50-55 km/h. Attention: doesnt work good on very fast set-ups, chip keys injection systems and scooters with Morini engines.
