Off course you can retourn goods to us. If you have received or ordered the wrong product or it does not satisfy your expectations it is no problem to send products back to us.
There are some rules to this returnings:
- You have to return them within 8 days after receiving them.
- You have to send them back in the original packaging material.
- You have to pay all postage costs. Otherwise we do not accept the package.
- Broken original packaging costs you 25% of the original price.
- No original packinging material costs you 50% of the original price.
You can also send back articles for exchange. Please give the article number(s) you wish to receive and we try to help you as soon as possible. If we need any additional information we will always e-mail you.
